WE LOVE GROUP TRIPS HERE AT PADDLE INN!! We do our best to make sure you get the best deal you can get when planning your group event. We are able to give you discounts in several areas, depending on what is best for your particular group. Give us a call, and tell us what you have in mind for your trip, and we'll work out rates for you that will surely make you happy and ready to return again and again to the Paddle Inn. Our Group Rates generally start at groups of 20 or more. We know you work hard to put your Group Trip together for an outing, and we expend no less effort to make sure that your group outing is the best it can be. We have put together a "Group Leaders Packet" to help you get started. These are the tools that you will need to start promoting your trip. If you are already familiar with the group packet, and are just looking for the Individual Disclaimer, click here! We have a signup sheet to post in your event areas to begin to capture names that are interested in the trip. You can keep a copy of this sheet and notate when those applicants have paid their fees to attend. Also, the included Liability Waivers will need to be signed by each individual attending the outing. If your applicant is under the age of 18, the Guardian for that minor, and the minor him/herself must sign the the form also, showing that both the applicant and Guardian are aware that you will be attending an "Adventure Sport" which has some inherent risks. There are text directions if you are planning on having multiple vehicles, just in case they are coming from different locations. A link to a graphical map can be found on our directions page.

PLANNING YOUR TRIP WITHOUT UNEXPECTED COSTS! When you plan your Whitewater Rafting Trip, you are planning and setting up the logistics for a semi-complex event. Your planning might include procuring vehicles, purchasing food, securing chaperones and other volunteers, and a whole host of other items that will require you to make purchases based on the your actual group size. If you have 5 or 10 or more cancellations from your group after you have made your purchases, it usually ends up coming out of your pocket. The only way that you will not have that problem is if you collect the funds for your event before your final trip plans are made, making sure everyone knows that these expenses are shared between all who want to attend. We will also be planning for your trip. Reserving your boats, securing additional staff and resources to make sure your event goes as planned. We too will be incurring additional costs for your trip. Please be responsible. If you decide not to collect the funds for the trip in advance, you will have unexpected cancelations raising the cost of the trip for those who committed and attended as promised. |

|
By collecting the fees in advance of the trip, you will cut down on the
number of people that sign up with the intentions that they can back out
last minute if they want to, not understanding the logistics and
commitments that we are making. |
|||
|
It is not fair to either one of us to finance the individuals who decided
last minute that they did not want to come. If you decide last minute that
more people will come, it can cause the same problems with shortage of
resources, but we are better equipped from a cost standpoint to accommodate
your additional passengers. It may be that two or three more people will
fill up the last boat, so please call us as soon as you know there
will be additional persons on your trip. |

| Fully Guided trips require more planning and resources, so please be as accurate as possible with your numbers. | |||
